It's easy to fall into the habit of telling students, “Good job!” According to research, however, "good job" is not always the best way to praise kids. Experts argue that this puts more emphasis on the product rather than the process, and does not give students specific, constructive feedback. Discussing Diversity
The Clark Pleasant School Corporation in Whiteland, Indiana recently provided a forum led by a panel of students from a variety of ethnic and religious backgrounds in order to discuss ways to reduce and respond to issues of racism and prejudice.
