Suckling
What is suckling
Suckling means to give milk to a baby from the mothers breast or udder. This helps the baby feed on something while it is small. The baby is not old enough to provide its own food. The baby has not grown its own teeth to feed on the food necessary it needs. The mother produces milk which has enough nutrients for the baby to survive while it is still little.
