Students will spend six weeks identifying these principles by looking at current leaders in today’s global environment and reflecting on effective leadership of the past and present. This program is designed as an introduction to leadership for students to enhance their leadership skills. Registration is required.

Exploring Leadership Speaker Series with Quincy "QDeezy" Harris
The Exploring Leadership Speaker Series features area leaders who truly live out the practices of exemplary leadership and offer inspiring leadership insights to our Temple community. The Office of Leadership Development partners with Dr. Tracey Weiss’ Strategic Communication 1112 course on the once-per-month series. Local communications speakers are brought into the classroom of 125-150 students to discuss a trend, topic, or experience pertaining to communications and leadership. The presentation is approximately 45 minutes, followed by a 10-15 minute Q & A.
The first speaker is Quincy “QDeezy” Harris, who has served as an on-air personality, actor, producer, host, and teacher for over fifteen years, and is considered to be a resilient voice of progressive urban media.
