Welcome To Our S'more!!!
Over the past week and a half, we've been researching Karankawas and how they lived their adventerous yet interesting lives. We have the following categories to show you how they lived.
Shelter And Location (The Basics)
The Karankawas lived in Northeastern Mexico and along 400 miles of Southeastern Texas coast, including offshore islands. Since they were nomads, they had portable teepees, (lean-to shelters) with woven grass mats with long, willow poles. They never stayed at one place more than a week, but returned about a year after to favorite places.
