What if Marching Band is cancelled?

What happens if is the marching season is cancelled due to the pandemic? What happens to my payments to marching band?

From Mr. Cooper:
We will proceed as if business, instruction, learning, and competing will be as usual until advised otherwise from our school administration or ISSMA (Indiana State School Music Association). We will be sure to delay as many payments and costly projects as long as possible while still remaining well prepared for the season. If the season is unfortunately cancelled at any point in time, we will stop any costs associated with the season. Any costs incurred up until that point (music arrangement, drill design, guard uniforms, gloves, instruction, etc.) will be added up, divided equally by the number of members, and a new "fee" will be assigned to each member based on the cost to that date. This may mean that some student accounts paid in full may be refunded/credited and some accounts may still owe a balance, again, all dependent on the timing of the cancellation. The marching band staff will be well notified that their expected pay may end if the season is cancelled.

Update Your Contact Information
During this unusual time, email isn't enough for contacting band families. It was discovered in our efforts to give the graduating seniors their awards and patches that having your home address is very helpful. Many families do not have their home address in CutTime. Please take a moment to update your contact information. Here's how to do that.

Open your favorite web browser and go to: cuttime.net. Click Login. Click Forgot My Password and enter your email address. You should receive an email from CutTime asking to reset your password. If that does not work, please send an email to cuttime@fcbands.org with your Name, Email, cell phone, student’s name and grade. You will receive access in a few days. Login to CutTime to update all of your contact information.

Note: If you're a current Sophomore, Junior or Senior, you'll be receiving your awards and patches when school starts. Thank you.
