Lead Mentor Series Snapshot
Volume 9, May 2018
Spring into May!
In our March session we discussed some important issues that you have been experiencing as Lead Mentors. If you are curious about those topics, be sure to take a look at our Padlet discussion. Our other topic of conversation revolved around the self-assessment for school-based induction program leaders and the role of the principal. If you missed either of those segments, be sure to watch our recorded session within Canvas.
This month, we will focus on growth, and celebrate the progress our teachers and mentors have made. We will use the following questions to guide our session conversations:
- Why is feedback important as we reflect and plan for the upcoming school year?
In what ways can we celebrate the work of our induction program?
How can we set ourselves, new teachers and mentors up for success?
