- Help people move from their "point A to point B" - remember not everyone starts at the same points, learns at the same speeds, and expects the same
- Work with people 1-on-1 - think about productivity 1-on-1 vs. whole group - let T's identify what they want to learn
- Promote champions - your school should never be dependent solely on you but on many

- Model and promote risk taking - “if you want innovation, it’s critical that people are able to work on ideas that are unapproved and generally thought to be stupid. .. is not the time, but rather the “license” it gives to work on things that “aren’t important.” Jonathan Fields
