Thank You!

Thank you so much for an amazing "A Listers" Teacher Appreciation week! We felt incredibly special all week long and truly enjoyed every minute of it. We are very lucky to work with so many amazing students and families at Austin! We hope you know how much your child means to us!

What We Are Learning This Week

Language Arts with Mrs. Trueblood: We will be working on a "choice " project within the I Survived topics. We will be writing - responding to a class chapter read-aloud.

***Each child needs earphones to keep at school to use when working on the computers.

Science with Mrs. Naragon: We have finished our unit on plants and will now be moving on to our life science unit on animals.

Social Studies with Mrs. Naragon: Students will research, identify and compare the heroic deeds of state and national heroes.

Math with Mrs. Moore: Next week students will be presenting a lesson to the class. They have been working in groups to design a lesson to teach the class. Their lesson must include an activity and a quiz. I look forward to seeing their creativity!
