Join APACHE CrossFit for a stand-up paddleboard workout!

A workout you won't forget!

We are constantly looking for ways to take our members out of their comfort zones and putting their skills to the test outside the gym and trying your hand at new sports is written into CrossFit's definition of fitness. This SUP workout is a chance for you to check out Stand Up Paddleboarding and be put to the test with a really fun workout incorporating SUP with some movements you're already familiar with. This exciting event will be a day not to be missed.


Need a board? No problem! Just let us know and the SUP Place will have rentals available for us on site for $25 ($20 each if we need 4 or more)

Take Route 166 (Atlantic City Blvd.) into Beachwood. Make a left onto Starboard St. (Beachwood Bikes/Rite Aid on corner) Turn right onto Compass Ave. Continue along water. (Clubhouse Dr. Bayside Ave.) Turn left onto Monument Rd. Beach is at the corner of Monument Rd. and Prospect Ave.


8:45-9:15 - Warm up and dry land SUP instruction

9:15-9:30 - SUP instruction in water

9:30-10:00 - SUP WOD
