Save the Date for Alice in Wonderland, JR!

Save the Date! This year’s school musical is Alice in Wonderland, JR. The shows will be Thursday, March 23 – 7:00pm, Friday, March 24 – 7:00pm, and Saturday, March 25 2:00pm. All shows are held in the Chattahoochee High School Theater. Tickets may be purchased from a cast or crew member for $8 during the pre-sale week (March 13-17). Tickets will also be available at the door or during lunch the week of the musical for $10. We look forward to seeing you there!

Hey all you Cougar fans!!

We wanted to let everybody know that that Junior Cougar Football Program will be having monthly spirit nights to raise money for helmets and jerseys for our junior program. This benefits all kids from rising 3rd to 8th grade. We would love you to take a night off from the kitchen and support the program by dining out at one of the wonderful restaurants partnering with us!! First up...Tuesday March 7th will be Shane's Rib Shack on Old Milton Parkway! Dine in or Carry out!

Math Tournament Winners!

Congratulations to Cindy Fu, Max Yuan and Revin Jun for placing first place at the Fulton County Math tournament! We are so proud of these students and their accomplishments!

Congratulations Science Olympiad!

On Saturday, March 4th Taylor Road's Science Olympiad team competed and won in the top five teams. We will go to GASO State on Saturday, March 18th. Please congratulate the team members on a job well done. Remember this is an outstanding accomplishment as it is our first year! Our students, coaches, and families truly Strive for Excellence....

Linguapalooza Language Competition

Jr. Beta Induction Ceremony Tuesday

Jr. Beta Induction Ceremony will be held in the gym on Tuesday, March 7 at 6:30 p.m. New members need to arrive at school at 5:45 dressed in nice clothes (no jeans or shorts allowed). Parents are encouraged to bring a camera/phone for the event. Refreshments will be served.

Junior Cougar Cheer Registration

Would you like to be a Junior Cougar Cheerleader? We need spirit and we need you to be a part of a fun team of girls cheering on the Junior Cougars!! We will have a Parent Information Meeting on March 15th at CHS Media Center at 7:00. All rising 3rd -8th graders are welcome. Junior Cougar Football Registration

It’s that time of year again for Jr. Cougar tackle football registration!!! We will be opening FALL registration Monday March 6th!! Registration is open to ALL rising 3rd-8th grade students. We welcome all current, past and potential new players. This year we will also be hosting an exciting OPEN HOUSE & Football Tailgate at Taylor Road Middle School on Sunday April 23rd from 1:00 -4:00!! We will have games, prizes, food, drink, safety coaches and a FLAG FOOTBALL TOURNAMENT!!! This event is FREE!! We welcome anyone to join us for an afternoon of football, family, friends and FUN!! School Governance Council Elections Begin March 22nd

It is SGC elections season. Elections will take place March 22nd-28th for parent/guardian representatives and teacher representatives. Each candidate has prepared a statement introducing him/herself and explaining why s/he wants to serve on the Council. As you prepare to cast your vote, please visit our school website at to learn more about the candidates so that you can make an informed decision about your Council representatives. Hard copies of the candidate statements are available in the main office for your viewing as well. Each parent will receive an email with a unique link allowing you to vote in this year’s election. Please make sure the school has your correct email address on file.
