A huge shout out goes out to all the students who participated in the Act of Kindness Week Activities. A special shout out goes to Ms. Jannet for submitting the Act of Kindness Week Challenge Application to the DO (OK MS. JANNET, WE SEE YOU). Thanks to this we won 1st place district-wide and got rewarded $150.00

STUDENTS!!! The Yuba College summer/fall application is now open! Please check "Important Dates" to see when we will be having a workshop to fill out this application. It is IMPORTANT that you know your social security number (if you have one) when applying. If you don't have one, it's ok, we can still apply!

Wednesday, March 1st: FAFSA/CADAA Workshop: Students who are graduating, make sure you bring your parent(s)/guardian(s) 2021 tax information and are ready to begin and finish the application. We have to get this done before March 2nd

Thursday, March 2nd: Cal Grant DEADLINE

Monday, March 6th & Tuesday, March 7th: Speaking portion of the ELPAC will take place

Wednesday, March 8th: SLHS vs. NSLHS Soccer Game

Friday, March 17th: End of 3rd Qtr.

Wednesday, March 22nd: Yuba College Presentation and Application Workshop

Thursday, March 23rd: Dreamers & Allies Conference

The end of 3rd qtr. is quickly approaching, the question is, are you working to your full potential? If not, what are you waiting for? It's time to grind and get all missing assignments in before it's too late. Seniors, make sure you are earning all credits, graduation is right around the corner.

March 1st- FAFSA/CADAA Workshop

March 8th- Soccer Game SLH vs. NSLHS at NSLHS

March 15th- Get the Job Done Workshop (Resume, job applications, mock interview prep)

March 22nd- Yuba College Presentation and Application Workshop

March 29th- Guest Speaker, Ms. Rosa Zermeno will present on ways to get into certificated programs, voc/tech programs, soft skills, etc.

Remember, all students are here from 8:05 a.m.-11:05 a.m.
