Come learn about what we are exploring in our classroom.

Classroom Updates and Learning

Another fun filled week in Kindercubs. Here are some highlights:

  • Our high school friends, Lynnsey and Jordyn, spent all day Thursday with us.
  • Playing outside during exploration time on Thursday.
  • Reader's workshop: picking out just right books.
  • Learning about plants and butterflies.
  • Learning together.
I hear we have less than 18 days left together in Kindercubs!!! Amazing, right? We continue to work on making helpful choices so we can all be safe and learn. They are all so excited about the new things they can do; whether it is pumping on the swings by themselves, reading new words, drawing a picture, or simply tying a shoe, our young learners continue to amaze themselves and us.

Our snack cupboard is overflowing. No afternoon snack will be needed in the month of June. Many children are choosing to forgo this snack time so they can continue to explore our classroom or go outside earlier.

Enjoy the sunshine of the weekend!
