The Weekly Update
May 14-18
This Week's Highlights
May is always such a busy month in the school year. We hope that your May is going better than the Holderness family (video above), but you can enjoy a chuckle at this fun-loving family's interpretation of May!
In the past week, we saw two scholars compete at the state level with their NC Soil and Water Conservation Speeches. We are super proud of them both! One scholar returns with a 2nd place medal. Congrats to these young people! This weekend our FTC Robotics team will be competing for the state championship at MHS. We wish these scholars good luck as they prepare!
We also had wonderful transition nights and days last week. We are excited that our new scholars will be joining us. In this edition, we have Chromebook paperwork from transition night, Chromebook transition paperwork for the high school, upcoming summer camps and more!
Thanks!

Get ready to have some fun! We will also pass out yearbooks, have a yearbook signing and have a limited quantity of yearbooks for sale during this time.
We will also have our celebration day on June 7th at 1:00 pm at the MHS Aux. gym. Afterward, we are inviting all of our upcoming FCS students and our current students to engage in our End of the Year Block Party! More details to come soon!
