What can I do to keep myself as well as other healthy according to the CDC
- Wash your hands with soap and water for at least 20 seconds, especially after blowing your nose, coughing, or sneezing, or going to the bathroom.
- Avoid touching your face
- Stay home when you are sick.
- Cover your cough or sneeze with a tissue.
