Hot lunch will be served beginning Tuesday, September 7th. The OptionC Lunch Order portal is officially opened and ready for you to place your first order. As previously announced, lunch orders can only be paid for through the OptionC Matt Money eCheck process. It is very important to please submit your lunch orders on time along with eCheck payment (we will NO LONGER accept payment sent into school). September's lunch order is due by the end of day on Saturday, August 28th. You may begin ordering at this time however your eCheck payment will not pull until August 28th.
All new families should have already received their User IDs. Please notify Mrs. Matysik at mmatysik@olgc.org if you are having trouble logging onto OptionC.

Hello Parents of OLGC,
My name is Martin Hoeger and I am the owner of Steam Pub and father of seventh grader Gannon Hoeger. I am happy to announce that along with my wife, Maggie, we will be providing lunch to our students at OLGC starting Tuesday, September 7th. We will try to provide fresh and healthy options to our children all year long. You may just order a side without an entree. Hot Dogs are also available everyday.
**Drinks are not included in lunch orders. Please pack a drink or water bottle.**

Ordering on OptionC
Lunch will now be paid for through OptionC Matt Money only using either echeck from your bank account or credit /debit card. If using a card there is a 3% credit card fee charged by OptionC.
It takes at least three days to set up an echeck account. This is necessary because OptionC needs to verify your banking information. Follow the instructions in the tuition newsletter on how to set up an account.
On the dashboard in the middle of the portal page will be a Lunch Ordering Box. The box will automatically take you to the monthly menu. Each child in the family will have their own ordering lunch box.
A menu selection is listed for each day of the month with the cost of each item. Select the items you wish to purchase. Skip over the days you do not wish to purchase lunch.
In the bottom left hand corner of the menu will be the total dollar amount of the items you selected for that child for the month. you will need to note the total in order to go into Fee Management and enter the total in the lunch amount box.
Once you select items for your child on the online menu , the lunch box on the dashboard will disappear. If you need to go back in to make changes prior to the 28th of each month you need to go into the Dashboard, click the "Office" tab and then scroll to "Lunch Orders."
Lunch Ordering
There are two options for payment:
- Echeck - This option requires setting up an account. Option C utilizes PACE payment systems operated by Wells Fargo Bank to process secure bank transactions. Option C charges a $45.00 one time set up charge. This bank account can be used for both tuition or lunch fees. Bank information needs to be verified and may take up to 5 days before the system will allow you to make a payment. Please keep this timeline in mind when placing your October order.
- Credit/Debit Card - This option does not require $45.00 set up charge, however, it does charge a 3% transaction fee. No verification is needed and the fee is processed in two days. If choosing this option, go into Account Settings and click "Add NEW" to enter credit card information. Once entered it will appear in the drop down in the payment screen.
When you are ready to place your order:
- Step 1 - Go into the lunch menu and make selections. Note the lunch total dollar amount.
- Step 2 - Go into "Next Gen Beta" and then "Fee Management." Click make a payment. Click "Lunch" and enter the dollar amount. You may pay and enter one amount for the entire family lunch order. It does not matter what student you select.
- Step 3 - Your payment will post under meal transactions. Money is withdrawn with 2 - 3 business days.
**Lunch orders must be input and a payment entered by the 28th.**
If you paid for September lunch please re-enter the same menu selections into the October menu and the payment made in September will be used to pay for October lunch. Please reach out if you have any questions and thank you for your patience as we transition to this new process.
