Teacher Example 1 - Misty Sweat - Advanced Algebra/Trigonometry
For this assignment, you will need to pair up with someone in class. You will choose these pairs yourself, and need to pair up as soon as possible.
You will create a video assignment as if you are the teachers in which you will:
Explain how to solve a radical equation
Work an example problem solving a radical equation
Work an example radical equation problem that comes out as "no solution"
Explain how to solve a rational exponent equation
Work an example rational exponent equation problem
How you record and put the video together is up to you. I have seen some creative ideas from students, and I am sure you will be no different. How you split the work up as pairs is also up to the group. You can decide what will work best for the group.
Each group member will have to submit the assignment in the dropbox so that everyone will be turning in an assignment. You will also need to turn in a peer review telling me how it was working with your group member.
THAT MEANS EACH PERSON IN THE CLASS WILL BE SUBMITTING A VIDEO.
