Coats
Lunch Boxes
Medication
Report Card (if you do not have an email address)
We will follow the schedule below to promote social distancing and limit the number of people in the building at a time.
Schedule

Tuesday, June 2 Track 2 families may pick up student materials between 10:00am-12:00pm.

We request that families who choose to access the school building for pick up of student materials, wear a face covering and it is recommended you wear gloves.
Families should limit the size of their group.
Social distancing must be followed while on campus
In some cases, parents may have items they would like to return to the school. Devices, such as hot spots or Chromebooks will only be collected if a student is not returning to a WCPSS school next year. Library books will only be collected if a student is not attending a WCPSS school next year. Rising 6th graders attending a WCPSS school next year will return library books and devices checked out to their middle school. The district will coordinate a process for return when school resumes next year. Parents please label the items you are returning with your child's name. You may also drop off any clipped Box Tops at the school during the different track pick up times next week. There will be a box in the front lobby.
If you or anyone in your home is ill or experiencing any symptoms please do not come pick up items. We can arrange for a pick up time at a later time, when you are well.
Graduation Parade Route
We will celebrate and honor our 5th graders with a parade. The parade for 5th grade, Track 1 will take place on June 4 at 1:00. The parade for Track 2-4 will occur on June 11 and times are staggered (see the schedule below). The parade may pass your house. Feel free to wave to the 5th grade students and families if the route passes your home. For the best flow of traffic plan to enter the main PUE entrance by turning RIGHT off of Mt. Vernon Church Rd. When leaving, please plan to turn RIGHT onto Mt. Vernon Church Rd. Left turns will slow our flow, so please alter your route to make right turns in and out of the school!
Lifetouch
Lifetouch has delivered the tracks 2&4 classroom photos only to us. Mrs. Britt has organized these so they will be ready for pick up on your assigned day. Track 2 can pick up on Tuesday between 10 and 12. Track 4 can pick up on Thursday between 10 and 12.
