iPad Responsibility

The Claysburg-Kimmel School District has been experiencing an increase in iPad abuse with elementary students (i.e. broken screens and cords broken off in the charging port).

THIS SHOULD NOT BE HAPPENING!

DISTRICT iPADs SHOULD ONLY BE USED FOR SCHOOL RELATED ASSIGNMENTS!

With that being said, CKSD and CKE understands that students enjoy using iPads at home. So, please speak with your student about taking proactive steps to ensure that his/her iPad remains in GREAT CONDITION.

If iPads continue to be abused and broken at this rate, the district may run out of backup iPads. As a result, if your student breaks an iPad, the district may not be able to replace it in a timely fashion.

We are not asking for much.

We just want your student to be responsible with these expensive District devices.
