Think you are too stiff or out of shape? Don't know the names of the poses or can't cross your legs? This Series is just the right thing for you!
Beginner Yoga covers the fundamentals of common yoga poses and each class builds on the last one creating a full spectrum practice by the end of the series. We go over basic traditions of yoga, breath work, and common misalignment issues.
What you can take away from this series is a sense of confidence in going to an all levels class at any studio, a better mind-body connection, and ease in movement.
