Next Tournament - HKU Sandy Bay

Sunday, Nov. 22nd, 8:30am-12pm

The University of Hong Kong Stanley Ho Sports Centre

The HKU Sandy Bay Tournament is being held this weekend. The information below should help with your planning for the day. You can find the festival program at here.

Please ensure that:

  1. Your child has their mouthguard (no kids will be allowed to play without a mouthguard
  2. You bring plenty of water / sun tan lotion as it does get hot.
  3. You take lots of photos and share them on Facebook or with myself and the Team Managers.

Transportation from Tung Chung

Buses will be leaving from outside the Novotel at 8:30am and will be returning at 12:45. Please set aside $30 per head per trip.

Car Parking

There is no public parking at the sports ground, but the Arcade, Cyberport, has kindly agreed to give players three hours of free parking at the Cyberport car park. Just take your player in uniform to the main Arcade information desk to get your Octopus card 'stamped' before you pick up your car. Beyond the free hours, parking is at Cyberport's normal rates. Alternatively, if you spend within the Arcade, you can get further free parking. Visit the Arcade parking offers website for more information.

Shuttle buses
Two free shuttle buses will run between Cyberport and the HKU Stanley Ho Sports Centre. The buses start at 7:45am and end at 6.15pm. Please consider using them instead of dropping off by car at the ground, as Sha Wan Drive can get very blocked.

Public buses
Green minibuses routes 58, 59 and 10 all go directly past the ground. There are also franchised bus routes to and from Cyberport. See the Green Minibus company website here and Cyberport's Getting Here site here.

The final schedule has each team playing 4 games. The first team, TC1 will be playing from 10am to 11:30am while the second team, TC2 will be playing from 11:00am to 12:00pm. Please see below for team allocations.
