Palms Elementary News

Palms students have the opportunity to eat lunch with Mr. Westerhof in the Positive Polar Pride Cafe. Every week names are drawn from the Positive Polar Pride buckets where they place their Palms Polar Pride Tickets they have earned. Every month the students who get their ticket drawn have lunch with Mr. Westerhof. Congratulations to our awesome Polar Bear students at Palms!

Fitness Frenzy

The Fitness Frenzy Fundraiser at Palms is an annual event. This year the PTO met their goal and had a great afternoon of games to reward the students. The games consisted of Hungry Hungry Hippo, Pumpkin Smashing, Dodge Ball, and Hula Hoop Rock Paper Scissors game. Students won prizes like bikes, Sweet Tooth gift cards, scholastic books, movie popcorn, and much more. Classrooms won gift cards, classroom supplies, and ice cream parties. Way to go Palms!

Fitness Friday

Every Friday Ms. Cornish leads us in Fitness Friday after morning announcements. Hula hoops, jump ropes, and classroom exercises are happening all at the same time while music is played throughout the building. It is a great way to get the day started!
