Teens "Glow" in the New Year
HPL Teens celebrated the beginning of 2017 with a "Glow Party." They made t-shirts that glowed in the dark, played glow games, and even ate and drank in glow style.
Microwave Mug Meals
The Teens learned another of this year's Life Skills...cooking. Each teen created scrambled eggs, mac and cheese, and gooey chocolate cake cup using a mug and the microwave.Yummy was the word for the night!
"Once Upon a Prom" Dress Boutique
On January 28th, the Teens hosted a prom dress boutique. The Teens prepared by arranging our 70 donated dresses and decorating the Community Room. We had over 50 girls shop, with some carrying home a beautiful dress for prom. Way to go Teens!
Teen Advisory Group
TAG will meet Thursday, February 2nd at 4:30 in the Teen Room. Everyone is invited to join us.

February 2nd- Mad Hatter Bash Prep Night from 5:30-7:30pm in the Teen Room. Join the Teens as we prepare decorations for our Mad Hatter Bash.
February 9th- Mad Hatter Bash from 5:30-7:30pm in the Teen Room. Teens will "eat this" and "drink that" at our Valentine's Day Tea, Mad Hatter Style, of course.
February 16th- Alice Through the Looking Glass movie from 5:30-7:30pm in the Teen Room. Popcorn will be served.
February 18th- Book Talk from 1-2pm in the Teen Room. Join the Teens as we discuss the 1967 classic by S.E. Hinton, The Outsiders.
February 23rd- Stash Boxes from 5:30-7:30pm in the Teen Room. Teens will gather to use discarded books to create a stash/keepsake box.
