Field Day Volunteers

If you signed up to be a volunteer for Field Day next week, would you please take a moment to could bring your ID to be scanned Monday or Tuesday prior to volunteering for field day. This would help tremendously with the check-in process.

If you are unable to come in prior to the date you're volunteering, we ask that you please come in 30 minutes prior to your selected volunteer time to allow time for scanning and checking in as we do have several parents not yet in our system and we don’t want you to be delayed in getting to your volunteer location.

Thank you so much for your help!

It's not too late to sign up to help!

You can volunteer for any day, not just when your students are participating. Here is the link to sign up:

Volunteer stickers WILL NOT be going home with students ahead of time, instead, the PTO will have a table set up, in the outdoor classroom, for the volunteers to check-in and get their stickers that morning. Thank you so much for partnering with us to ensure that Field Day is a success for all of our Redhawks!

Yearbooks are now on sale!

Our wonderful PTO is already hard at work putting together a yearbook to collect pictures and memories from this school year. Yearbooks will come out toward the end of the school year, but you have to pre-order. You can order your child a copy of the yearbook at this link.

PTO Website and Directory

Did you know if you join the Rennell PTO, you have access to an online directory of parent and student information (for parents that choose to release this information when signing up)? It is a GREAT way to get phone numbers and addresses for birthdays since teachers are not allowed to share that information. Joining PTO also gives you the first notification when there are volunteer opportunities at the school. Check out the PTO Website at the link below, and sign up to join if you have not already!
