California is located in Northern California 35 miles south of San Francisco in Silicon Valley. California is full of nice climate in which the college experienced is enhanced with acticities such as running, surfing and others.

I am considering this college because it is highly prestigious. Stanford is an extremely selective college and ranks in the top 10 in the nation. Their programs help to enrich students in their future careers.

Opened in 1891 by Leland and June Stanford. Their child died so they adopted the "children of California" and developed a university. Yes, Richard Sherman, JFK, Reese Witherspoon, Mitt Romney, and John Elway.
