How to cure your anxiety
- Reassure yourself.
- Say, "It's gonna be okay."
- Whatever it is, practice (if you can).
- Think of a happy, relaxing, and useful image and use it to soothe your mind.
- Take a few deep breaths, don't forget to breathe!
- Move around physically.
- Keep doing the things that make you anxious. The more you do it, the less anxious you will be next time.
- Distract yourself with something you enjoy.
