  • Loss of appetite

  • Shaking
  • Sweating

How to cure your anxiety

  • Reassure yourself.
  • Say, "It's gonna be okay."
  • Whatever it is, practice (if you can).
  • Think of a happy, relaxing, and useful image and use it to soothe your mind.
  • Take a few deep breaths, don't forget to breathe!
  • Move around physically.
  • Keep doing the things that make you anxious. The more you do it, the less anxious you will be next time.
  • Distract yourself with something you enjoy.
