Wildcat showcase Monday, Feb 5 for incoming Wildcats

Are you wondering what elective options your student has for next school year as a 7th grader at Fossil Hill MS? Curious about pre-AP and GT identified classes? Tables from various student groups and organizations will be set up to show the options available. Counselors will be on hand to answer questions through out the evening. There will be a rolling presentation for your convenience that will be counselor led at 7:20 PM to go over the selection sheet your student has been provided. A Q&A session will follow.

Next Friday the FCA from Fossil Ridge is coming to lead our meeting. On February 16th we are having Cory Procter a former Dallas Cowboy coming to speak to the students. I just wanted to thank you for all your support for our FCA group. All students are welcome.

Annual Leukemia Fundraiser by STUCO

STUCO is kicking off our Annual Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Fundraiser. We have been steadily getting all the supplies out and I sent a video and slide show. *A few teachers have already sent money in.

We have a hefty goal this year and need to raise a lot to beat last year as well! The goal is $100 per Advisory Class.

Thanks so much for showing the video and slide show multiple times as well as advocating daily for LLS. A new incentive is a free Epic Waters Water Park Ticket for students who donate $25.

The winning advisory class receives a pasta party from Olive Garden (a minimum requirement is that our campus raises $750). The contest means that your advisory class could have the most money but not win. Encourage students to put their silver coins into their friends’ advisory classes to help boost their own class’ chance of winning.
