Conference Update - 16th February 2016
Registration: Thank you to everyone who has indicated your intentions re participation in our conference. So far 35 people have indicated they will be attending. If you have not registered your intent can you use the link below to do so? If you cannot attend the link lets you let us know!
If you have any dietary requirements for Thursday and Friday morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea can you please let Alina Hill from Toormina High know by close of business Tuesday - email@example.com
Agenda: I am still looking for contributors to the forums and hot topics sessions. Please let me know if you can contribute. Lila will be joining us for dinner on Thursday night. Please, please please!?!
Cost: The conference will cost $45 for catering. Toormina High School will invoice you directly. There is an additional cost of $8 per person for those attending morning meetings on Thursday morning.
Venue: Toormina High School will be hosting the event on the Thursday and Friday.
There is an option for local meetings to occur on Thursday morning. Please let David Silcock know if your local group wants to meet Thursday morning.
Thursday night dinner: I have booked the Sawtell Hotel for dinner on Thursday night at 7.00pm. When you register for the conference (if you haven't already done so) please let me know if you would like to join us for dinner.
Accommodation: You will need to arrange your own accommodation for Thursday night (and Wednesday night if travelling down earlier). The following venues have been recommended:
- Sawtell Motor Inn, Sawtell
- Boambee Bay Resort, Sawtell
- Pacific Bay Resort, Coffs Harbour
