Mrs. Heather Callihan

I am the Technology Integration Specialist for Northwest Public Schools in Grand Island, Ne. I am currently the NETA Board president (@YourNETA), Common Sense Certified Educator and Ambassador. I have a passion for integrating technology in education. I believe learning needs to be visible and students need to master skills involving Collaboration, Creation, Communication and Critical Thinking. With seamless integration of technology and opportunities to participate in digital spaces, students have experiences that help them to live learn and work in an interconnected world.

I believe in building and maintaining a positive digital presence. I have a passion for sharing the importance of contributing to digital communities and the impact of digital leadership with students and adults. I love learning and love building my professional learning network with others who share this goal and passion.
