Yard of the Month

June Winners!

Congratulations to Alex and Andrea Beecher, 22906 W 48th Terrace in the GVR Estates, winners of the June Yard of the Month. The Beechers have established a Free Little Library for residents. Anyone passing by can take a book to read or leave one for someone else to find. Check out this LINK for more information on Free Little Library.

Flower Power

The HOA Board approved the use of HOA dues to plant perennials at the entrances of all three developments in the subdivision. Look for these blooms to beautify our neighborhood.

About Town

New Library Now Open

The Monticello Library opened August 5, 2018 to crowds ready to celebrate state-of-the-art features. Patrons can take advantage of the rooftop terrace, an interactive area for children, and spaces for community meetings. The Greenview Ridge HOA Board hosted the August board meeting in the library's conference room. Be sure to checkout this great addition to our community!

Trash Talk

Trash totes can be outside from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. on Mondays. For more information on trash services, please refer to the Trash tab on the Greenview Ridge HOA website.


Architectural Control Committee

The HOA Board is now accepting candidate applications for the 2019 Architectural Control Committee (ACC). ACC members are elected for a term of 2 years and can serve two consecutive terms. To ensure a distribution of the 5 ACC positions, the Estates has 1 position, the Villas 1 position and the homes north of 47th Street 3 positions.
