Indian Walks!

I want to commend everyone on another successful Indian Walks! We received some valuable feedback from visitors and they were very complimentary on what they saw. Mrs. Loyless even commented on how much growth she has seen since the first six weeks. GREAT JOB, GUYS!

One thing we will be incorporating into the next Indian Walks is feedback. We will do our best to leave a sticky note on each sample displayed.

The next Indian Walks is February 5, 2020.

Nuts and Bolts

Watch A Pro - Please turn in the form for the first semester by January 24, 2020. (no exceptions).

Failure Forms - We have decided to stop collecting failure forms and monitor parent contacts through SchoolStatus, as well as tutoring through Flexisched. I want to be very clear that parents MUST be contacted when students are failing and they MUST be pulled in for Tribe Time.

Final Exams - Remind students who will be absent for exams that they MUST fill out a form in the front office and make arrangements to take finals on January 7th at 8:00 AM

Copies of Final Exams - Turn in a copy of your final exam and test key along with copies for each student who is absent for the final labeled with the student’s name.

Shut Down Procedures - Make sure your room is completely shut down, equipment unplugged, valuables locked up, and shut-down sheet taped to the outside of the classroom door. Also, make sure all appliances in department rooms and lounges are unplugged and cleaned out.

CTE is in charge of the teacher's lounge and the English Department is in charge of the upstairs lounge.

Christmas Break

December 19th - You may leave the building at 4:00 PM. Your ticket out the door is to hand ME three sticky notes indicating one thing you would like to stop, one thing you would like to start, and one thing you would like to continue (Start, Stop, Continue).

December 20th - You may leave the building at 2:00 PM. Your ticket out the door is to hand ME your teacher check-out sheet.

Make a student's day...Text their parent through SchoolStatus and brag on them! It's a Win-Win!
