Nothing is Impossible...
Dear Caregivers:
As we move forward into Term #2, we are frequently reflecting upon what worked and what needs to be refined and adjusted. During times like these, it's so important that we continually adjust to meet the needs of students and families. With that being said, please take a moment to fill out the quick survey below. I want to thank all of the parents and guardians who took the time to offer some feedback already. However, I will leave this survey up for one more week and I will be sharing this information with my Instructional Team and faculty. Thanks again in advance for your time. We appreciate your continued partnership and support.
Term #1 Parent Feedback Survey
I want to wish everyone a wonderful and relaxing weekend.

Term#1 - Parent Portal Opened Today
As of today, you will be able to access your child's Term #1 grades. We all know our learning platforms have changed, and that's why it's so important to stay in contact with your child's teachers and the overall learning. We are excited about Term #2 and we will work hard to make the necessary adjustments to assist students and families.
Term #1 grades will be made available in the Parent Portal on Friday, November 20th.

CMS' Annual Drive to Support CHIP-In (Local Food Pantry) - This Officially Ends Wednesday, November 25th - THANK YOU For Your SUPPORT.
It is that time of year at CMS where we look to reach out to help our neighbors by donating non-perishable food items to CHIP-IN. Now, more than ever, CHIP-IN needs donations. We invite you please donate any non-perishable food items; or if you prefer, a monetary donation. If you choose to write a check, we ask that you please make it out to CHIP-IN, and put it to Mr. Packard’s attention.
CHIP-IN is looking for all kinds of juices, baked beans, snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate etc. Things that are not needed: Peanut butter, cereal and Ramen noodles; these items are provided to CHIP-IN through the Worcester County Bank. Don’t forget to check those expiration dates. Our collection boxes will be outside the front doors, as students enter the building. Boxes will remain outside all day, if anyone would like to drop anything off. If you have any questions, please contact Mrs. Kasierski at pkasierski@dcrsd.org

It’s important to note that as we continue to work out the norms of our remote learning model – our students will be strongly encouraged to develop the needed skills in Digital Literacy as well as Digital Citizenship. This will be very important as we move through the coming weeks. During the Remote Learning platform, all school expectations apply with respect to behavior, etc. What is acceptable in school is our benchmark for communications and interactions within the remote learning environment. Please remind your children of this – Thank You.
