January 29, 2021

Early release days for parent-teacher conferences are schedule for Wednesday, February 17, and Thursday, February 18, 2021. Conferences will be held via Zoom (please note if you have more than one child, you will need to sign up for separate times). It is extremely important that our teachers meet with all parents this week. The home-school connection is crucial to student success. The parent-teacher conference sign up link is listed below and may also be accessed from the Corley Elementary website (www.corleyelementary.org).

We look forward to meeting with you to discuss your child's academic progress. Thank you!

RBES Parent Survey

Due to the pandemic, GCPS is administering a contactless version of the RBES Parent Survey this year. There will be no paper or school computer option. Instead, SchoolMessenger will deliver an email invitation to families to complete a survey for each school at which they have one or more enrolled students.

The confidential survey will be available in English, Spanish, Korean, Vietnamese, and Chinese and will be accessed using the link and unique code provided in the SchoolMessenger email.

The RBES Parent Survey will be available from February 8 through February 26. Your participation helps us to continuously improve our school.

Please watch for an email with your link and access code. Thank you in advance for making your voice heard!

Corley is participating in the Super Book Return Challenge!

We need your help! We're asking GCPS families and students to take the SUPER Book Return Challenge. About 80,000 school library books are still at home... under beds, in closets, and behind couch cushions!

Our school media centers challenge GCPS students to look EVERYWHERE for library books that they checked out last year and return them to ANY school or Gwinnett County Public Library branch during the week of Feb. 1.

Every book you find and return today could be someone else’s favorite tomorrow! Learn more here: http://bit.ly/gcps_SBRC21
