HCPS Student Household Questionnaire

Earlier this week HCPS emailed a Student Household Questionnaire to all families. The questionnaire will be used to gather information for planning purposes for the 2nd nine weeks of school. Please remember to complete the survey by today, October. 11th. The link is below for your convenience

We have a wonderful PTA at Laburnum and they are seeking to continue to grow in membership. The PTA is one of the best ways that we can ensure that every parent/guardian has a voice. The PTA is only as strong as its membership so please join today!!

Have you created a Parent Portal account yet?!? If not, you're missing out on viewing important student information such as the upcoming quarter 1 interim grades and attendance. Creating an account will allow you see your child's grades at any point during the school year. If you are unable to get a packet, you can also print a copy of the packet from our Laburnum Virtual Learning website. Click on your child's grade level at the top of the site to locate the work packet.

Resources for Families to Support Virtual Learning

If you encounter any issues with PowerSchool: Please email the help desk at helpdesk@henrico.k12.va.us or call 804-328-5207. Para asistencia en español, llame al 804-527-4604.


If you encounter any issues with completing your forms: Contact rycorsupport@henrico.k12.va.us. Help may also be available by contacting your school with questions.

Student Registration

If you or someone you know needs to enroll a student, you will need to call to schedule a registration appointment. All registrations will be by appointment ONLY. The school number is (804) 228-2720.


Additionally, if you need to update your contact information such as address, phone number, or email, please call us to let us know.

Library Books

We will have a bin located at the front of the building to return any library books you may have. You can return books Monday - Thursday, 8:30 - 3:00.

Breakfast & Lunch

Henrico County Public Schools will be providing breakfast and lunch free of charge to students at each school. Meals will be available curbside Monday thru Thursday ( Friday meals will be distributed on Thursday). The times are 7 AM - 9 AM and 11:30 AM- 1:30 PM.


If you choose to come 7 AM - 9 AM, students will receive a hot breakfast and cold lunch for the same day. If you come 11:30 AM - 1:30 PM, students will receive a hot lunch and cold breakfast for the following morning.


The county is also providing meal distribution by bus.

  • Mondays and Wednesdays: On Mondays, buses will distribute meals for Monday and Tuesday. On Wednesdays, breakfasts and lunches will be distributed for Wednesday, Thursday and Friday, as well as Monday breakfast.
  • Buses will make 30-minute stops at each location, between 11:30 a.m.-1:30 p.m.
  • Laburnum has two stops:

Brookhill Road and Crenshaw Ave.
