Legal Budget Committee Accepting Applications
The Legal Budget Committee consists of the members of the School Board and five citizen members who are charged with reviewing and approving the budget for the upcoming school year.
Citizen members are appointed to three-year terms.
The budget committee's work is typically accomplished during three or four meetings in the spring.
We are currently accepting applications for two open positions.
Application deadline is February 8, 2019.

This year's speaker is Debbie Craig, one of our community's biggest champions, a trustee with Meyer Memorial Trust, and a passionate advocate for public education and the outdoors. Also, as an alumna of Lake Oswego High School and a parent of Lakeridge High School alumni, Debbie will have great stories to share.

Pacer Baseball 13th Annual "Catch of the Day" Crab Dinner Fundraiser
If it's January, two things are certain – Super Bowl Sunday is around the corner, and it is time to order your Crab Dinner. Gather with friends and family February 2, 2019, to watch this classic football competition and enjoy a delicious crab meal that has already been prepared for you! Or add crab to your own Superbowl recipe.
Please support our baseball program by purchasing one or more dinners now. Proceeds from this event will cover facility upgrades and free up funds to purchase equipment and uniforms, pay for umpires and transportation, and cover other expenses associated with running a competitive first-class program. Please go to www.pacerbaseball.net and look for the “Order Crab Dinners” button. If crab is not your thing, we also welcome your tax-deductible donation.
Orders must be received by 8:00 p.m. on January 27, 2019.

Oregon Students Deserve Revenue Reform in 2019
The town halls will run through the beginning of the legislative session and into March, with at least ten events throughout the state.

Learn about children's dog bite prevention with Vanesa Vizuete, founder of Helping Paws Northwest. This fun, interactive class provides children with the necessary tools to be safe around familiar or strange dogs, while teaching them how to create a POSITIVE animal friendship based on love and respect.
There will be opportunities for children to greet and pet Maui, the therapy dog, following the guidelines learned in class.
