Happy December to All Our Wildcat Families,
~Mrs. Dolan, Principal
Mr. Davis wanted to share the following information with you.
I am excited to join the Wildcat family. I grew up in Virginia Beach, Virginia. After graduating from Old Dominion University, I moved to Charlotte where I taught 6th and 7th grade in CMS. I then transitioned to CCS where I have taught or been an administrator at the Elementary, Middle or High School level for 24 years. I hold an MBA from UNC Charlotte and a graduate degree in administration from Wingate University. I have been married to my beautiful wife Jennifer for 22 years and we have a beautiful 17-year-old daughter who is a Junior at Weddington High School. I love to spend time with our family and friends and often visit Carolina Beach. I recently took up disc golf as a hobby. I look forward to working with the great staff and students at Weddington Hills.

Message from Mrs. Highsmith
Hello Parents and Families,
We have installed display cases and the first of many story walks have been installed on our nature trail. Follow along with Stopping By Woods on a Snowy Evening by Robert Frost as you and your class move along the trail and to the 7 cases.
Thanks are due to WHES PTO, the WHES encore team, CCS maintenance department, Mrs. Dolan and many others for making this happen.
We hope this activity will promote school literacy goals, encourage use of our beautiful nature trail, and just be a fun/cool experience for our students to enjoy.
