Anorexia Nervosa
Anorexia Nervosa is an eating disorder from starving your self. A person who has anorexia are 85 percent or less then a normal average weight. Anorexic people are scared to gain weight ,because they think when you gain weight you are ugly and not pretty. Models are a very bad influence because they are pretty and skinny. So when girls see that they say: in order to be pretty I got to be skinny. Over one-half of teenage girls and one-third of teenage boys use unhealthy weight control behaviors such as skipping meals, fasting, vomiting, or taking laxatives.Americans spend over $40 billion on dieting and diet related products each year.10 million people have been diagnosed with having an eating disorder of some type.
