About Me

My name is Roshele De Los Santos, everyone who knows me refers to me as “Shelly”. I am a single mother of two beautiful teenagers from New Jersey. My children and I have been through a lot together. I never thought that they would be cheering me on as I graduated college, but they were there making the event even more special.

In May of 2013 I received my Dual Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education and Art Therapy. I also received dual certifications in P-3 and Teaching Students with Disabilities. My education credentials as well as having 20 years experience working with children, I was offered and accepted the Supervisory Program Specialist position with the U.S. Army’s Youth Services programs. I currently work with youth ages 11 to 18 years old. My goal is to one day become a director or possibly an owner of a childcare facility. A Master’s Degree will help me to achieve my future objectives.
