Wonder is an amazing, heart warming, and inspiring realistic fiction book about 10 year old August (Auggie) Pullman who is born with major facial deformities and was not expected to survive. After having 27 surgeries since birth and being home-schooled for years, Auggie is about to start fifth grade at a private middle school called Beecher Prep in Manhattan, New York.
