Parent Mentor News
March 2019
Spring is right around the corner and for me, that means it's time to get organized! You can probably relate to having various stacks of school papers and folders around your house, but when you need something specific it's impossible to find. Add in IEP documents and it's even more to manage. With funding from the Ohio Parent Mentor Project we purchased accordion file organizers to pass out to families to help sort your child's IEP paperwork. An IEP organizer can help you prepare for meetings, stay up to date on your child's progress, in addition to being a powerful tool to help you communicate and collaborate with teachers and the IEP team.
If you're interested in an IEP organizer that includes record-keeping documents and helpful tips, please call or email me.
All the best,
Kristen
