What happens when you are stressed?
When stressed, you feel so stressed out that you don't even notice you need help. Not noticing can take a heavy, major toll on the stressed. You may feel like you cannot concentrate, or aches and pains, or even thoughts of suicide.

What to do if you are stressed
- Try listening to music
- Call a friend that you trust
- Try and talk yourself through the problem
- Try to eat a healthier way
- Laugh; it is an almost immediate stress reliever
