Welcome! We’re excited about the opportunity to get to know you and your littles, in addition to assisting with creating a happy and productive school year.

Here at the center we will work with your child to help him and her develop skills across a variety of developmental domains- from interpersonal skills such as sharing and taking turns, math, oral-language, and literacy skills. We facilitate oral language development by engaging your child in many cooperative partnership play activities.

As we begin our journey together, we would like to emphasize that we want the children and you to feel truly welcome. We want them to feel that the playroom is a place where they are embraced for who they are with their varied interests, strengths, differences, and weaknesses and that they all have the potential for success.

Of course, during the first few visits /days at school(for school-age) the children will focus on becoming acquainted with the materials, the components of the day, the schedule, and the people within they'll encounter within the school. Some will feel shy and insecure as they enter into this new situation. This is another reason that we try very hard to establish a calm, reassuring atmosphere that fosters self-confidence along with an interest in learning. We look for you to tell us how we can make this new adventure more comfortable for your child.
