July 15 State Tuition Support Payment-
The Office of School Finance has calculated an estimate of FY 2020 State Tuition Support funding for school corporations and charter schools. The FY 2020 State Tuition Support worksheet can be viewed and printed from the School Finance Application Center. The site may be accessed at the following link: https://stateaid.doe.in.gov/ This is a secure site and will require a login and password. The login is the four-digit corporation number and the password is the corporation PIN. The DOE-Form 54 information is now available. To print the DOE- Form 54, you will need to set the print layout to landscape. Click here to view the memo.
Summer School
The window for public and charter schools to submit the Final Instructional Costs Report for Summer School 2019 will open on July 29. To be eligible for summer school reimbursement, the Estimated Costs Report and List of Courses must have been submitted in the spring. Eligible schools are posted in this memo. The link to access the report is posted on our website or it can be accessed directly by clicking on this link. Corporation and School Administrators of public and charter schools may use their DOE Online credentials to log in to the report.
Detailed instructions on how to submit the Final Instructional Costs Report are included in Summer School 101. As an added reminder, please follow these guidelines for a successful submission:
- Enter only numerical digits, the report will not accept dollar signs or commas
- All fields must be completed, even if the amount entered is "0" - the report will not accept a field to be left blank
- Be sure to enter the number of students in the student data fields
- Be sure to enter dollar amounts for the costs for teachers, assistants, and online tuition as whole numbers without dollar signs or commas for teacher and assistant costs
- All amounts and totals must be added correctly
It is recommended that you download the pdf of your submitted report. This is useful to review the information for accuracy and to save for your records. Schools may re-submit the report as often as necessary until the report closes on September 13.

Annual Financial Reports
Please note that the Annual Financial Report required to be submitted through the State Gateway per I.C. 5-11-1-4 is a separate requirement and falls under the authority of the Indiana State Board of Accounts. Submit questions related to this requirement to annualreports@sboa.in.gov.
