Unified Champions Kick-Off
Today, during Mustang Block, CMS kicked off another year as a Unified Champion School with a torch walk around our back field. Unified Champions is a program run by Special Olympics that uses sports and exercise as a way to promote inclusion and acceptance for all students. During the year students will have the opportunity to join in Unified Champion fitness challenges, be a part of our UC Friendship Club, and participate or watch Unified Champion sporting events. We are Proud to be a Unified Champion School! And a BIG thank you to Ms. Doliner and Mr. Nimblett who organize the Torch Walk and our Unified Champions Program.
REAL MUSTANGS WEAR PINK!
Once again, CMS will be selling t-shirts in an effort to raise money for and raise awareness surrounding breast cancer research by donating to the American Cancer Society.
