Dear Eagle Canyon Families,
The Omicron variant has taken a toll on our school community, but we are seeing an improvement in our daily attendance. Please remember to report any positive COVID cases immediately to our office so I can notify families of any possible exposures.
K-12 INSIGHT SURVEY
This week, Chino Valley Unified School District will publish the K-12 Insight Survey. The data from the survey is used to evaluate a school's needs. Please help Eagle Canyon by completing the survey. The School Site Council, the English Language Advisory Council, and School Staff review the results to develop a needs assessment to continue to improve our campus.
As of today, 70 parents have completed the survey which equates to 6% of our campus. The survey should take approximately 10 minutes to complete. When you have time, we would appreciate your input.
COVID TESTS
The COVID Antigen Home Kits were sent home on Thursday. If your child was absent, the kit will be sent home this week.
SENATOR CONNIE LEYVA
Last Friday, Senator Connie Leyva visited Ms. Landgraf's sixth-grade classroom. She spent 45 minutes with the class working on a mock bill as well as asking and answering questions. I hope our sixth-graders never forget this unique experience. Check out our Eagle Canyon social media pages for pictures.

PBIS Update The Tier I team is planning the annual PBIS Parent Informational Night on Monday, January 31, 2022, at 6:00 p.m. The event is being held via Zoom to give all families an opportunity to participate. The Tier I team will educate parents on PBIS practices, the why behind PBIS, and how you can implement these practices at home.
