FIT Groups are fun, interactive training (mind, body, & soul) groups that will meet for 10 consecutive weeks beginning January 18th! See schedule below.
One size does not fit all, just like we all have sizes and shapes we are trying to fit into and create. To meet the needs of our large population, a variety of training types are needed. That's where FIT groups come in. We have several groups that are already established and ready to rock for our spring semester!
Any associate can participate in our FIT Groups. Please email the Coliseum with any questions. We look forward to partnering with you on your health journey!

Track Your Transformation Challenge:
We will have a virtual picture of a track on our TV in the Coliseum. It will be broken up into 10 segments representing 10 weeks. Your name will be entered on our track and displayed on the TV screen for that coinciding week. That way people can see who is on track! The goal is to stay on your wellness track for all 10 weeks, and go for the Gold! You will also earn special badges with progress points.

The Truth Or Dare Challenge:
Who is up for a some truth or dare? Wellness related that is...
Those who accept this challenge will receive an email every morning 5 days a week for 10 weeks. In these emails you will find a truth or a dare. If you accept the truth and / or accomplish the dare, you will give yourself one point for that day. The goal is to score 50 points at the end of the challenge. You will need to check-in on Mindbody to record the point for that day. This will be proof you indeed conquered all truths and all dares.

The Walking Club:
According to a new report in Harvard Health Publications, "Walking may be one of the most powerful 'medicines' available. It can help to lower your risk of heart disease, cancer, or diabetes ... lower blood pressure and cholesterol levels ... and even help keep your memory sharp! The simple activity of walking has so many powerful health benefits."
There are several opportunities we have around here to get your walk on! The lower and lower-lower lots, walking meetings, treadmills, stairs, walkways, sidewalks, etc. Keep your walking shoes in your car at all times! Every step counts. Keep steppin' and look for upcoming group walking times.

Monday Motivation Live:
Get your week started off with solid mojo! Every Monday for 10 weeks will be Monday Motivation. This will be a 30 minute, non-sweaty session during lunch time. It will consist of inspirations, interactions, team building techniques, self-exploration games, and homework. Motivation gets its steam from an internal engine. Find fuel for your ambition on Mondays and kick your week off with momentum! #MissionMindedonMonday

Mindful Meditation @ Work:
We have a FIT group for that! Each week we will host a 30 minute mindful meditation practice. These sessions will have different areas of focus every week. For example: energy, breath, thoughts & beliefs, balance, gratitude, etc. You will take away tools in your stress relief toolbox.
