Rocket Athletes:
Rocket Athletes,
The Booster Club is requesting donations for our Basketball concession stands. This season, we were only given 2 home game dates (Saturday Jan. 17th / Saturday Feb. 7th). We typically have 5 home game dates during which we can sell concessions. In an attempt to raise as much money as possible, and to avoid over purchasing, we are asking that each player bring in a donation.
Please purchase your item and drop it off to the office by Friday Jan. 16th.
A1 Boys- Gatorade – regular size bottles
B1 Boys - Coke- 12 oz cans
B2 Boy- Diet Coke- 12 oz cans
B1 Girls- Sprite 12 oz cans
Cheerleaders- case of water- regular size bottles
We will be selling food items such as Pizza, Hot Dogs, or Walking Tacos, and will have candy too.
The home games will be held at Gabriel Richard High School, and are back to back in the late afternoon/early evening. If you would like to volunteer to help with selling items or 50/50 (during, before, or after your child’s game), please email Mary Ritchie.

Jean Day for Pennies for Playground & Food Bank – Friday, January 23
On Friday, January 23, students & staff may wear jeans along with a school appropriate casual top of their choice. You may also wear: Spirit Wear or an 8th grade shirt. In order to participate, students must bring a $1.00 donation to benefit the Pennies for Playground Restoration Drive AND an item for the Food Bank.
Since Preschool children do not wear a uniform they may also participate in a Food Bank offering, (optional), by bringing in a food item needed below (you do not need to pay the $1.00).
The Food Bank items that are needed are as follows: Canned Tuna, Jelly, Peanut Butter & Spaghetti Sauce. Please turn in both donations to your homeroom teacher.
Thank you for helping out.

Credit/Debit Card Payments now available in school or online!
Great news! We can now accept payments online or at school for the many things you currently write checks for! We will be utilizing Square - a completely safe alternative to writing checks. There is a 2.75% fee that is added to each transaction and will show up as a tax - it ends up costing about $1 per every $36 spent. It is a convenience fee and an option, but you may also still pay by cash or check. Tuition will still be paid using SmartTuition.
You can pay online from the website by clicking on the "payments" tab. You can pay for lunch, field trips, milk, CYO, Jean day donations, etc. all from the website. Put everything on one charge and you'll receive an emailed receipt. Just forward that receipt to JHeggie@catholicweb.com and we will make sure it is applied where it needs to be.
If you pay for lunch online, please add the receipt number (see the red box below) to the lunch form so we know which is your payment.
You can also pay by swiping your card in the main office.
We hope this is just one more convenient way to help you manage your daily life and school at St. Mary Rockwood!
