Here it is! Your official "Welcome Back" newsletter!

From our Nurse
Welcome to the 2018-2019 school year!
As we start the beginning of the year, please remember to follow the rules regarding sending your child to school.
Do Not send your child to school if:
1). They have had a fever over 100.0 in the past 24 hours.
2). They have vomited or had 2 episodes of diarrhea in the past 24 hours.
3). If they have red, swollen, itchy eyes draining clear, yellow or green discharge.
4). They have had a persistent cough
These conditions do not allow your child to participate in the educational environment of the classroom and are usually contagious to the other children and the staff. In addition, if you feel your child needs an over-the-counter cold, flu or pain reliever in the morning due to illness, please do not send him/her to school. In most cases, students who have received such medication are not able to remain in the classroom once the medication has worn off.
Let us all work together to keep our school a healthy and happy place!
Thank you,
Claudette RN
