New Course! PBT 264 - 3 credit Class with a Lab
Intro to Horticulture and Plant Propagation
This class is ideal for ASNS elective in life sciences, especially for students who are looking into the biomedical field. A significant part of the course talks about plant tissue culture, aseptic techniques and micropropagation. While PBT 200 is listed as pre-requisite, an override may be given if a student has CHEM, BIOL or BOT courses.

A Health Research Training program - Building Infrastructure Leading to Diversity - Enhancing Cross-disciplinary Infrastructure Training at Oregon. Benefits for selected UH Mānoa / CC students are: health research training, partial tuition coverage, summer research experiences (with stipends to cover travel and living expenses), mentoring, and course credit.
