What was the first language of the world? (First viewpoint)
There is the belief that all languages came from one "mother language" in Africa. This belief is because the further you get from Africa the fewer distinct sounds languages have. For example, in South Africa; the oldest known language has over 200 sounds. While the English language has only 46 sounds.
What was the first language of the world? (Second Viewpoint)
There is also the belief that once people started to migrate away from Africa that "body language" eventually evolved into all the other languages of the world.
