STARS of the WEEK!
Leonor Campos-Rodriguez
Leonor has been a fabulous addition to our staff. She has the most energetic feel when working with students. I don't think we have a better rapper on staff. Ask her to do the Choosy Rap next time you need your spirits lifted. :-) Hugs to you for building morale and putting a smile on everyone's face.
Courtney Evans
Courtney has a natural way of connecting with her students and families. It was evident on Thursday when her student asked "Where is miss Courtney working?" during the Pirate and Fairy event. When I told him she wasn't here yet, he started crying uncontrollably for 5 minutes. His dad said, "I knew she was special, but I didn't realize he would be affected this much!" Hugs to you for making each of your students feel loved, special, and for taking the time to figure out your student's preferred learning styles.

SHOUT OUT
A HUGE SHOUT OUT TO EVERYONE THAT CAME TO SUPPORT OUR PIRATE & FAIRY PARTY! IT WAS A BIG SUCCESS. WE WILL HAVE OUR FINAL COUNT TODAY, BUT WE ESTIMATE OVER 350 PEOPLE & 250 KIDS ENJOYED THE FESTIVITIES. WE COULDN'T HAVE DONE IT WITHOUT YOUR SUPPORT, THE BUTLER TECH SCHOOL OF THE ARTS, AND ALL OF THE DONATIONS WE RECEIVED FROM LOWE'S, CHICK-FIL-A, & WALMART.
"Captain" Dan Copi was amazingly entertaining for both parents and students. We can't thank you enough for coming to support our event and sharing the power of story telling and reading with children.
WE SINCERELY APPRECIATE THE POSITIVITY WE RECEIVED FROM THE AMAZING JANITORIAL STAFF, MIKE & LARISSA DURING SET-UP & TEAR-DOWN. :-)
